As a Real Estate Agent, you'll handle all aspects of real estate transactions on behalf of clients, including selling or renting residential or commercial properties, negotiating contracts, hosting open houses, and providing exceptional customer service. Whether you're a new or experienced agent, we welcome your talents and offer a flexible schedule, training and support, marketing materials, and access to necessary platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Sell or rent residential or commercial properties for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Host open houses and showcase properties to potential clients.
  • Prepare market analyses to determine property value.
  • Educate clients on real estate procedures and verify property facts.
  • Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid New Jersey Real Estate License.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn online platforms.
  • Active, success-oriented personality with an excellent work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Drive to learn and continuously improve professional skills.
  • Proficient in speaking and confident in showcasing properties.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
